Welcome to Fabrika, Philadelphia's dynamic destination for dinner and theater that promises an experience like no other. Nestled at 1108 Frankford Ave, this vibrant venue combines a lively atmosphere with electrifying performances that leave guests buzzing with excitement.
As a playhouse for creativity and revelry, Fabrika specializes in drag and burlesque variety shows. These performances are complemented by a selection of food and drinks that make the night even more memorable. The establishment's dimly lit, steampunk-inspired decor creates a whimsical yet elegant ambiance, perfect for everything from birthday celebrations to casual nights out.
What stands out at Fabrika is the entertainment. Here, the spotlight is not only on the delectable dishes but, more importantly, on the talent gracing the stage. Diners like Emily O. and Deirdre C. rave about the engaging shows that captivate everyone in attendance. They note that while the food might not take center stage, the vibrant energy and interaction of the queens make up for it.
- Food Offerings: The menu features a range of tapas-style dishes designed for sharing. While some diners find the food prices steep for portion sizes, many agree that it's about the experience rather than the meal itself.
- Cocktails and Drinks: Fabrika offers a robust drink selection, with cocktails that are as delightful as they are potent. With prices often setting the upper teens to lower twenties, they're intended to enhance your experience rather than be the main focus of your visit.
- Show Experience: Audience members have described the live performances as entertaining and engaging, with a lively atmosphere that allows for audience interaction.
Numerous reviews underline the idea that Fabrika is a place best enjoyed with an open mind and a celebratory spirit. According to Kenyetta C., it’s “definitely an experience you’d have to try once.” For those looking to toast a friend, celebrate a special occasion, or simply enjoy an exhilarating evening, Fabrika stands out as a top contender in Philadelphia’s entertainment scene.
In conclusion, while the food might be a secondary aspect of your visit, Fabrika is undeniably a must-visit destination for a night filled with laughter, cheer, and the exhilarating art of performance. So, gather your friends, make a reservation by calling (215) 203-0202, and step into the world of Fabrika — where every night feels like a celebration!

I've gone twice now to Fabrika and both times have been an absolute blast! Drag/burlesque style variety show with food and drinks. A unique experience in Philly for any type of celebration, or just because you need a great time. Make your reservation online or via phone. Your party is seated when you arrive. Order food and drinks while waiting for your show to start. The food is pretty good (not great) and food and drinks are pricy. But....I didn't go there for the food, I went for the queens! Highly recommend and would definitely go again!

This place is amazing. It's definitely an experience you'd have to try once. The show was great and engaging. I was very entertained. The food was ok. The service was cool. The decor was nice. It's dimly lit but enough to see your meal and drinks. While the show is happening, the spotlight is on the stage. There are breaks in between performances. We parked in a lot that was within walking distance of the restaurant. Definitely a must try for a night of fun.

After my recent experience here at Fabrika I had to update my review as soon as possible, so here we are! While this wasn't a place I thought to revisit for a dining experience we decided to check out the evening show and I was absolutely jaw dropped! Why didn't I come to the actual show the first time instead of just having a dinner here...the highlight is THE SHOW, so now I understand all the 5 star reviews after two years of missing out by refusing to return! So we booked the 7:30 show a few days in advance. When we arrived, we ordered our drinks which were really tasty, and they had a decent selection of wines too. As my previous dining experience was meh, I wasn't excited about the food part, we shared the buffalo wings and the truffle potatoes while there were other food options but I kept it safe. The wings were surprisingly good but not enough. While the food is tapas styled the portions are small. But again, the food is not the highlight. The scene is beautiful, detailed, and extravagant. Add to that the amazing burlesque talents kept us hooked. Glad this place is in the area!

Overall the experience for drag brunch was pretty good. I never expect much from the food at a drag brunch, and certainly this was no exception. The shakshuka was pretty subpar- I wish it had a bit more flavor and that they used a different bread (maybe something toasted would have been better). The chicken and waffles were also just fine-met expectation. The shrimp roll was aesthetically pleasing and a nice portion. Overall, everything was super expensive with almost all dishes ~$19. The drinks were also super expensive with most cocktails/wines in the upper teens/lower twenty range for price. The table setup for the show itself wasn't ideal. Rows of tables that the queens had to walk up and down with limited movement and when they performed in the center stage, we couldn't see from our table all the way in the back. I did like the steampunk decor. The crowd itself was mostly women: bachelorette parties and birthdays for mid-20 something females. The queens were super nice and while their routines ran on the longer end, they did a nice job. What was a bit frustrating was the dollar bill situation. Typically, places have pre-made packs of 1 $ bills or at least have plenty available. That wasn't true here so it was really difficult to change money out and took most people a few tries of asking the girl in charge of it.

Came here for drag brunch. Fun experience! Would come again. Best part is the food was also good. Which is a fear when going to places, mainly for a show I got the French toast. It was good but very sweet. I would recommend sharing this. My friend got the eggs Benedict, which she enjoyed

The food was amazing! The calculation of the bill was a bit confusing. The show was good. Enjoyed the dancers and tge authentic Cabaret style. The host was awesome and funny. But did I mention the food? Nice surprise. The food was the best! Had a great time!

Fabrika is a very cool place! Essentially a modern day cabaret show, very well done and entertaining. Surprisingly the food is excellent, but the portions are small and very expensive. If you order some wings, you only get 4 wings and some fries for $20, which is ridiculous. But I have to say, those 4 wings tasted great, along with the dipping sauce they provided for the fries. Anyway, we had a great time, definitely worth a visit.

I went to Fabrika for my birthday with my friends. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect; I just knew it was for dinner and a show. I think there are different performances on different days and times. This place is definitely fun and lively, great for celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, or a fun date. It gives off dance party vibes but with a unique twist of live entertainment. However, this place may not be your style if you are a very reserved person, as it can get quite loud and crowded, and performers do interact with the audience. At least the show I went to, but honestly, it was all fun and entertaining; some scenes made you laugh, others made you say "aww," and overall it was a memorable experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a lively night out. I believe we paid around $53 per person for the show, which lasted about an hour. It might have been on sale, so consider whether you find that expensive or not. Be prepared for the energetic atmosphere and keep an open mind to enjoy the unique entertainment that this place has to offer. We didn't get a lot of food, but we did have appetizers and drinks, which were good; the drinks definitely had a good kick to them. The sage popcorn, crème brûlée, and tiramisu were also great - definitely worth trying if you have a sweet tooth. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, allowing us to enjoy the show without any interruptions. The atmosphere itself was vibrant and engaging, with lively music and colorful decorations that added to the overall experience. Overall, it was a fun and entertaining night out.

What a great place! Went with two friends to a Thursday night burlesque show here a few weeks ago. We were seated in a great spot: the first table along the wall closest to the "stage". Service was great. Everything we had to eat and drink was really good! The show was fantastic!! The MC was hysterical! Cannot wait to go back again for a burlesque show and always love to go to a drag show!
